Return & Exchange Policy 

Return & Exchange Window

• You may return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. 

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Pacifiers & teething items
• Underwear & swimwear
• Sale or clearance items 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos. We'll sort it out right away.
